At the Four Seasons in Wailea, one of the restaurants is Spago by Wolfgang Puck. It's the more formal of the restaurants and a bit more contemporary.
Starting with a fantastic gin, cucumber, rosemary and egg white cocktail while MsFlamingo started with some champagne.
The tuna tartare cones were very tasty and another great riff on TK's cones.
MsFlamingo went with a great Thai curry, but I forgot to take a picture. I went with lamb that was perfectly roasted with eggplant, one of the best I've ever had.
The baked Haleakala was a meringue around a brownie and ice cream. Fantastic and we'd end up having it a couple times during our stay.
One of my favorite restaurants and can't highly recommend them enough.
