CUT by Wolfgang Puck

Updated: Aug 9, 2018

We landed as LAS and headed straight to check in at the Aria. After getting ready we headed over to the Palazzo for dinner at CUT by Wolfgang Puck to kick off MsFlamingo's birthday celebration week.

We got seated and started with cocktails as our 2002 Spring Mountain Elivette decanted - one of the best wines and blends of CA cab and Bordeaux.

The meat presentation is fantastic and slightly updated from how they used to do it. MsFlamingo went with a filet and I went with the dry aged New York.

A great bread selection, it was hard to limit myself and not fill up!

In addition some gougeres, they're like crack and I'm glad they only gave us two.

Next up appetizers of crab louise cocktail and "wedge" salad. Refreshing, fresh and super tasty.

Then the masterpiece, perfect hard crust and simply cooked. We love the polenta and creamed spinach. Nothing else needed!

Managed to only snap a quick pic of desserts before we dug in!

Perfect chocolate souffle.

What a fantastic meal, CUT never disappoints! I think arguably one of the best and most perfectly executed steakhouses anywhere.
