Since Alaska flies into Terminal 6 at LAX, on my way to TBIT I decided to make a quick stop to checkout the AA Flagship First lounge since I had access from my CX F ticket. But first, the trek through the bowels of LAX.

Down we go.

Through the many corridors.

Finally up into T4.

The entrance was easy to find.

At first the dragon thought I was flying CX J and I had to point out that I was flying CX F. After that confusion was cleared up, I got my Flagship ticket and headed upstairs.

A nice reception area with left to Flagship lounge and right to the Admirals Club.

Great modern decor, they did a great job.

One of the lounge areas.

More lounge areas and great views.

Then the dining area.

A good looking buffet.

Despite the food looking legitimately good, I held my appetite so I could have my favorite calamari in the Qantas First lounge.

The new American Flagship lounge looked great, I'd have no problem spending time here and is definitely now a top US based lounge.
