The Gothenburg airport is about 20-minutes out of the city center. It's not a big airport and it's a breeze for check-in and security.
Once airside, the airport has great amenities and shops. Walking through the hallway was this cool avgeek approved sign talking about cool airplane facts.
Volvo's even in the terminals.
And it's a good morning starting with Joe & The Juice!
Which also turned out to be next to the SAS Lounge.
It wasn't a big lounge, but also not overcrowded at this time of the day.
Plenty of seating available in the morning and as you can see from the next several pics, plenty of options and variety of views.
A cold cuts selection of food for breakfast, nothing looked particularly appetizing so I stuck with my juice and got a coffee.
I found a seat and knocked out a few emails before my flight. Was able to watch the Norwegian 737 push back.
The SAS lounge at GOT is good and in line for the type of trips that usually start out of a smaller airport. It's not aspirational, but as a business traveler has everything you could need. Overall thumbs up.
